To co-ordinate and facilitate the implementation of all operational activities
under the purview of General Administration.

- Recommend, implement and ensure that established policies,
procedures and guidelines are adhered to;
- Ensure that adequate security is provided for Ministry
property;
- Ensure that vehicles equipment, building and compound
maintenance are adequately provided and documented;
- Provide support services to the Central Ministry;
- Ensure that transport services are
available;
- Ensure that office supplies and equipment are procured;
- Ensure that Ministry's buildings are
well-kept;
- Ensure that the public utility service are functional
(electricity, water, telephone);
- Provide record keeping service to Central Ministry and
support departments;
- Identify and recommend measures for effecting efficiencies
and saving in Department.
