Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Board
To provide and promote the necessary infrastructures required for the establishment of a comprehensive registration scheme, with appropriate educational, advisory, health-care and extension services for enabling and exercising adequate control over quality, sale and usage of pesticides and toxic chemicals while ensuring that interest of end-users and manufacturer's rights are well protected. The Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Board is charged with the responsibility for making arrangements and providing facilities for controlling the manufacturing, importing, transporting, storing, selling, using and advertising of pesticides and toxic chemicals.
