Collection of information on innovative projects or experiences in the Caribbean and Latin America which seemed to have demonstrated sustainability was done by way of questionnaires.

In the initial phase, the Format A questionnaire was used to collect background information on each of the 62 projects which were submitted to the SARD Project.

In the phase where projects had been identified for use in the preparation of detailed case studies, Format B was used to obtained details on the respective projects."


Visitors to this page are encouraged to complete the Format A or Format B questionnaires for Agricultural and/or Rural Development projects which demonstrate elements of sustainability. Some of these elements are presented in the July/August and September issues of the SARD Newsletter.
